What time is the earliest we can check in?
Check in is from 2pm unless prior arrangements have been made. Its belong to the check-out time of prior guests in the rooms which you reserved, any time before 2pm if the room(s) is available.

What is the latest time we can check in?
Reception opens 24hours , we are happy for guests to arrive late but they must send email or phone ahead and advise so we can keep their room until late. We kindly request guest checking in late are considerate of others staying at the hotel and keep noise to a minimum.

What time is check out?
In order to prepare rooms for future guests we kindly request rooms are vacated by 12.00am , but we can keep the rooms for guests until 2pm without charging if they request with the receptionist at checked-in. If you have lately-time of flight/bus , we recommend you should advance contact us by the email : anhdaomekonghotel@gmail.com.

Do the rooms have tea and coffee making facilities?
Yes, all rooms are equipped with kettles for complimentary coffee and tea in the room.

Can you help us book Mekong Tours (Floating Markets, City Tours..)
Yes. We are happy to help you book the trips . Please contact the receptionist as you check-in , but we kindly suggest you send an email to our address : anhdaomekonghotel@gmail.com .
 
What time is breakfast served? Can we have breakfast  if we have early morning trips to see floating markets?
Your room rate is included buffet breakfast, and its served from 6am until 9h30 am. If you have the trips in the early morning before 6am , please contact the receptionist as you check-in and we will arrange 'Take-away Breakfast Box' ( Bread , eggs , fruits , butter , jam, cheese,coffee/tea all together ) for you any time you required.

Is lunch/dinner available at the hotel?

Yes . We have a restaurant at the ground and a Terrace Bar on the 9th floor  which provides Vietnamese, Western and Chinese cuisine, however there are still numerous quality restaurants within easy walking distance of the front door (see local area section).

What time is the Terrace Bar /Restaurant open until?
Anh Dao Mekong hotel and front-office desk works 24hours in seven days, but the restaurant and terrace coffee on 9th floor daily open from 6am to 10 pm only.

Do you have Wi Fi?
Yes . We do have free Wi-fi in each room and in public areas in the building, this is subject to the incoming service providers speeds and connections, this said we rarely receive any complaints.

Do you accept Group Bookings?
Yes we are happy to accept group bookings of 2 rooms or more, we will ask for a 25% non refundable deposit to secure rooms. We will however hold rooms for a group booking where guests will be paying individually for rooms, they will need to confirm rooms 2 months prior to arrival date and their own credit card details will secure the room, the standard cancellation policy will apply, all rooms not confirmed prior to 2 months of the arrival date will automatically be released.
